A Socialist State once thoroughly completed in all its details and aspects... could not afford opposition. Socialism is, in its essence, an attack upon the right of the ordinary man or woman to breathe freely without having a harsh, clumsy tyrannical hand clapped across their mouths and nostrils.
But I will go farther. I declare to you, from the bottom of my heart that no Socialist system can be established without a political police. Many of those who are advocating Socialism or voting Socialist today will be horrified at this idea. That is because they are shortsighted, that is because they do not see where their theories are leading them.
No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent. They would have to fall back on some form of Gestapo, no doubt very humanely directed in the first instance. And this would nip opinion in the bud; it would stop criticism as it reared its head, and it would gather all the power to the supreme party and the party leaders, rising like stately pinnacles above their vast bureaucracies of Civil servants, no longer servants and no longer civil. And where would the ordinary simple folk — the common people, as they like to call them in America — where would they be, once this mighty organism had got them in its grip?
Quite ironic coming from the man that called for a nation to offer up their sons and daughters lives to be sacrificed in the fight against a dictator who also wanted to remove freedom of speech and rule by oppressive means. This speech gives me the impression that Churchill was not content with the outcome of the second world war. After all the lives that were destroyed, all the bombs that were dropped and all the destruction, not to mention the immence debt, then finally when it came to an end the man came out with this speech. It's quite revealing. Perhaps it was the thought of relinquishing the unquestionable war time emergency powers that unsettled Churchill? The suspension of elections and democracy on the whole that allowed unlimited powers?
The speech was allegedly written by Churchill himself and for those who know little about the man, he was the prime minister of the UK during the second world war and leader of the Tory party. More importantly Winston Churchill was a Master Mason in Freemasonry, that is, a member of a brotherhood of secret keepers who take an oath on pain of death to not divulge the hidden agendas of the order.
Rather ironic considering it would take just over seventy years to bring about the technology to make this speech become a reality. 2020 under a Tory government and the rollout of the corona hoax saw all systems go on the shut down of free speech and any criticism of the government. Leading the charge were HM 77th Brigade, the UK military division for psychological operations deployed to spy not only UK citizen's social media accounts but also government officials. Not to mention the departments that were advisors to the government including the Behaviour Insights Team, Nudge Unit, Mind Space and Common Purpose and an array of Royal Society members, knights and Dames of the British Empire.

If you have taken an oath on pain of death to a secret brotherhood, it could well end up coming back to bite you should you wish to do what is morally right. Churchill and men like him appear to be one thing on the outside but something entirely different inwards. Politicians are renowned for lying, it's their job, and most just read scripts written by someone else with narratives that can change on a daily basis, hence the constant flip flopping that we see with these clumsy empty suits. It is very sad to witness and we should pray for their souls, but it is the reality of the whole illusion of democracy.
