Revelation of Jesus Christ

In the 1970's I remember this being taught in school under the title of 'The Theory of Evolution'. We were shown books with artist's impressions of scary looking monsters they called dinosaurs and then huge rocks from the sky destroyed them and it was all very exciting. They showed us cartoons with rain coming down on rocks making a primordial soup, and in this soup organisms formed, and multiplied turning into tadpole-like things that turned into fishes, then the fishes grew legs and crawled out of the water, and eventually changed into monkeys, then into monkey-men which finally turned into modern day man, and all this happened over millions and billions of years. Today the 'Theory' part in the title has been dropped and it is now taught as though it was a fact. So has there been any new evidence to turn this from a theory into factsince the 1970's?... absolutely none!

And now for some humour...

Science fiction posing as science fact?

There is zero evidence in the fossil record of any creature turning from one type into another type, period! Someone finds a bone, a tooth or a claw then the masonic Royal Society of perception manangement employ skilled illustrators to create artist's impressions of what the creature may have looked like, all from a single bone, tooth or claw and a whole lot of imagination. Then from these drawings and paintings they make models resulting in the fabrication of a full size plaster cast skeleton and voila! you have a dinosaur. You make a bunch of these till you have enough for an exhibition then put them on display in a museum. The ignorant unassuming public then pays an entrance fee thinking they are looking at the bones of extinct 'prehistoric' creatures when it's nothing more than a circus show. In the 1800's the museum was no different to going to the cinema. You have carefully crafted stories and spectacular visuals to bring the stories to life and it all makes for great entertainment and a means to fleece the public.

As the magicians trick fades with time new things must be invented, methods and technologies to keep the illusion going such as Radiometric Carbon 14 Dating which sounds all clever and scientific where certain men claim it is a sure way to prove the age of bones, rocks and even the age of the earth, and once again under close examination we learn that it's foundations are built on assumptions with the results treated as facts.

a thing that is accepted as true or as certain to happen, without proof, that is, non scientific therefore a belief or religion.

Quest for truth.

There are plenty of people who will claim evolution theory is truth, afterall it is big business and there are huge academic and financial rewards, medals, and honourifics to be had, not to mention books, toys, and all kinds of merchandise to sell, and hollywood blockbusters to make. When first digging (no pun intended) into the subject, I became more interested in the people who were speaking out against it, that is, the under dogs who had everything to lose by putting their reputations and careers on the line such as Dr Kent Hovind and Prof Walter Veith. Walter Veith taught evolution in schools and was an athiest who had a change of mind, and who now says he has a Phd in lies, talk about WOW! So naturally I wanted to know what brought about this change from what we are all expected to believe.

Jesus Christ is not a respector of person.

I approached evolution as though I was an investigator at a crime scene in a quest to find out the truth of the matter. I was indoctrinated with evolution from an early age so I had to suspend my preconceived ideas/bias and take time out to evaluate what the other side of the argument was saying against the theory. It's only then that you begin to learn that much of evolution theory is built on speculation, assumptions, criminal fraud and far from anything based in the realms of the scientific method. It's key to remember that Jesus is not a respector of persons, so neither should we be. God does not show favortism so don't be spiritually blinded by those who have fancy titles, costumes, medals, and the like as they are nothing more than stage props that can easily fool you into thinking they must know better. Take the decorations off the tree and the tree is just like all the other trees. The investigator should always ask "Cui bono" (who benefits or stands to gain?) it's a key question, and if motives and agendas can be determined then you're well on your way to getting to the bottom of the matter.

It's easier to fool a person than to convince a person they've been fooled.

There are at least two sides to every story and discernment is required when searching for the truth. We've all had our minds taken captive from a very young age and letting go of false ideologies, vain philosophies and science falsely so called can be daunting especially where peer pressure resides. The most important of all is allowing yourself to grow in truth and to accept the findings no matter how painful or paradigm shift. In the end there is nothing more precious than the truth. It's pride that gets in the way and overcoming this stumbling block will humble the character and strengthen the mind in the spirit of truth.
